Outside of being a principal, she loves to spend time with her family taking 1-day trips exploring the PNW.   Coming back to school after more than a year and a half of remote schooling, Principal Reckling said one of the biggest impacts she has seen is how happy everyone is to be with one another and how much students and staff equally missed the face-to-face social interactions. ... read full article

WELCOME MESSAGE FROM IMPTSA PRESIDENT
To our Issaquah Middle School community:  Last year we learned much about the power of community in ISD. Your IMPTSA reinvented activities, mastered general meetings via Zoom, provided support to families through community outreach programs, advocated at the state and national levels to bring YOUR voice to important leadership decisions, supported staff, provided funding for school and community programs for education and mental health, and so much more.
