Help Shape the IMS Community — Join the PTSA Board

Our PTSA thrives when parents step up, and we’re currently building the 2026–27 IMS PTSA Board with many roles to fill — both big and small. The PTSA strengthens the vital link between students, families, and our school by supporting teachers through grants and appreciation, students through celebrations, activities, and outreach programs, and our entire IMS community through unifying events.

Join Communities in Schools for their Annual Hygiene Drive during all of March! Break barriers for students and families by donating hygiene products!

The donation bin is next to the Nurse's office.

How to help:

• Buy an extra of your common hygiene item, and donate the extra!
• Need help choosing items? Check out the IMS Exclusive Wishlist
• Want a lighter grocery haul? Send a digital Amazon gift card to: mysonne@cisgkc.org
• Prefer physical gift cards? Drop off to the front office! 

We are collecting these items:

• March 9^th - 13^th, personal: period products, lotion, deodorant, grooming sets, razors, shave cream
• March 16^th - 20^th, dental: toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, mouthwash, chapstick/lip balm
• March 23^rd - 31^st, household: laundry detergent, toilet paper, dish soap, Kleenex/tissues, first aid kits, disinfectant wipes or spray
