GRADING PRACTICES Speaker: Thomas Guskey January 6, 2016 (Wednesday) 6:30 – 8:00 PM Skyline High School Theater
Dr. Thomas Guskey, author of the book “On Your Mark” among other publications, will be speaking to parents of the Issaquah School District about challenging the conventions of grading and reporting. The ISD administration has brought Dr. Guskey to speak to educators across our district, but his evening presentation will be dedicated to parents. Peruse a copy of his book or just come hear new ideas about assessing student learning! Relevant for parents of any aged student.

The Angel Student Assistance Program continues to solicit donations for the 2015-2016 school year in order to help IMS students obtain basic school supplies, clothing and other personal needs to make their year successful. If you are interested in making a donation to the program please visit the Angel program on the IMS PTSA website.
