This is the IMS ASB’s only fundraiser and we would love your help! ASB provides funds for programs such as school sports, clubs, music trips, drama, parties and more.
The IMS PTSA provides the necessary volunteers to make this ASB fundraiser successful.
Counting Day Volunteers (counting money and orders) – If you enjoy the sound of a 10-key machine and the clacking of calculators, then the counting job is for you! Work with other volunteers to help count and tabulate the popcorn and cookie orders received on each collection day.
Help welcome the new families to IMS with drinks and treats. We welcome store bought or homemade, whichever works best with your schedule.
Donations can be dropped off at the school office (by you or your student) on the day of the event until 5pm and should be marked "New families night".
Thank you for your consideration and supporting our school community!
Call for Entries: Reflections. Let your imagination fly and unleash your inner artist!
Choreograph a dance, produce a film, write a poem or story, compose a song, take a picture or create a piece of visual art and tell us what the theme: “Heroes Around Us” means to you. Pick up a PTA Reflections Entry Form today here, and return the form and your artwork by November 1, 2018. Questions? Email Liz St. Andre atreflections@issaquahmiddleptsa.org.
Monday, Nov. 19 is Vision and Hearing day at IMS. We need a crew of 20 parents to help us check only the 7th grade student’s vision and hearing. It’s only a 3 hour commitment, 7:30 to 10:45. No training needed, we provide that at the time. This is a short and sweet way to help the school and students. Please join us, we can’t do it without you!
We are currently down 40% of membership numbers from this time last year!
Your membership is vital in supporting many of our PTSA programs such as All School Grants, Teacher Classroom Funds, Parent Education and Backpack Bootcamp to name a few. Please consider signing up today. One more bonus, Family and Individual memberships include an IMS Student Directory!
We would love to have you consider volunteering at IMS. All volunteers must complete the online registration and be approved. If you were approved to volunteer last year, you will need to sign into the system and go to your check-off list. There is a 2018-19 Volunteer Orientation added to your list. Once this has been completed, you will be approved. New volunteers will need to complete the entire approval process before being able to volunteer.
Check out our ordering site for this year's IMS apparel, hosted by LogoHouse. Items will be delivered to your student in the Fall after the ordering window closes (TBD). See the all new BE KIND design!
