Panther Passage |
We would like to request that only veteran IMS PTSA members sign up as host/ hostess for Panther Passage as it may require some trouble shooting that those familiar with IMS are best able to handle. If possible, please consider signing up for a few shifts to help facilitate our wonderful program. There will be two hosts/hostesses per shift. The main responsibility of the host/hostess is to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will be there to greet the validators as they arrive, to get them checked in, give them their materials and instructions, answer any questions they might have and escort them to their assigned presentation room. Secondly, you will need to make sure that the student scheduled for that time slot has also arrived to their assigned presentation room on time. While the presentations are taking place you might be asked to file paperwork, update the schedule, send out reminders and replenish the refreshment table for the volunteers. If a scheduled validator does not show up, you may be asked to fill in.
