Welcome to Issaquah Middle School PTSA.  Issaquah Middle PTSA is a non-profit member organization whose mission is to support students, staff, and families at IMS.  We have 39 committees that do just that.

We offer student programs such as WalkAbout, Gift-A-Book, Friday Cookie Sales, Logowear, Angel Program, Most Valuable Panther sundaes, Panther Passage and Reflections, and we provide parent volunteers for many events including ASB activities and 8th grade year-end activities.

We support our wonderful school staff through classroom grants, special grants, Back to School Check In preparation and volunteers, and through volunteers for emergency preparedness assistance, library needs, and vision/hearing screening.   We thank their efforts with Staff Appreciation Week as well as luncheons and breakfasts, and we recognize outstanding educators.

We help families stay connected through newsletter and website communications, a student directory, parent education programs, curriculum night, event hospitality, a special services liaison, IMS Site Council liaison, and informational pieces in other languages.  We also keep families up-to-date on legislative issues and local efforts that affect education.

We can’t do it alone.  We urge you to join PTSA and get involved.  Through this website you can link to our registration page and our volunteer opportunities page.  As an added benefit, PTSA members receive one Student Directory at no charge!  Directories are published and mailed to you in the fall and contain valuable school and PTSA information as well as names, addresses, and phone numbers of families who choose to be included.
